Reporting to the Director of Movement Politics, the Field Director will recruit, develop and lead teams of volunteer leaders who will engage voters in the 2018 election. Field organizers will be the front line of our effort to recruit and develop these leaders and will be play a key role in our goals to 1) investment in leadership development, 2) activate, 3) train, and 4) deploy 4,000 new volunteers and volunteer leaders.
